  Just bought a 2016 Mercedes S550 which included a trade in of my 2008 Mercedes S550. Once ready to pick up new car the director of sales (Pierre Marc Jauron) canceled the trade in for no reason and left me with only the purchase part of our deal that was all negotiated and agreed with the salesman (Stephane Blondin). These guy are fishy they wanted me to give them a bill of sale with sales INCLUDING taxes that was not legal after calling Revenue Quebec. They have no respect for their clients and will do anything to sell a car at any cost, never saw this from a Mercedes Dealership.Long story short had to get Mercedes Canada , Revenue Quebec Better Business bureau, consumer protection and our lawyers involved to see what these guys are up to. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER BIG PROMISES BUT THEY DON'T DELIVER

  They sold me a damaged "certified" car even after explicitly asking them if it was damaged. Their answer "the car is in good condition". Unfortunately the law is ambiguous and there was nothing I could do to recuperate the loss in value when I sold it. Beware they have a reputation of doing this regularly.
